What you will do

• Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial status reporting.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors while managing risks and quality standards.
• Foster collaboration and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a global tech company or consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of project management best practices, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Ability to translate business processes into actionable project plans.
• Basic technical understanding of data analysis, SQL, cloud environments, and IT infrastructure.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Francisco, California.
