What you will do

• Manage and support AI product-related projects through regular communication and status updates.
• Define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and risks with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and process documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for business stakeholders, product owners, and project teams.
• Provide guidance for new product introductions, pricing, and migration strategies.
• Assist in ensuring launch requirements and effective product rollout processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA and work remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-6 years of project management experience with Gen AI project delivery.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and MS Project or cloud-based project tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interpret technical information for non-technical audiences.
