What you will do

• Lead internal teams to execute client onboarding processes and ensure on-time delivery of all project milestones.
• Develop and drive project risk mitigation plans and manage all account-related escalations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting in Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Provide pre-sales assistance to the sales organization regarding onboarding requirements.
• Ensure all onboarding tasks comply with established ISO processes.
• Identify and propose innovations to improve the overall client onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential
• 5+ years of experience in ERP application implementation or upgrade project management.
• Significant consulting experience working with SAP, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Database solutions.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• Project Management certification.
• SAP or Oracle technical implementation certifications.
