What you will do

  • Lead global registration and attendee management for Canalys Forum events in EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
  • Recruit and manage distributor partners to ensure a balanced network aligned with business goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee the "Captains of Industry" VIP dinner, including guest list coordination and logistics for C-suite executives.
  • Manage event accommodation, room blocks, and hotel invoicing for global participants.
  • Draft distributor agreements and deliver onboarding materials to align expectations and deliverables.
  • Coordinate global press and VIP invitations and manage the Channel Partner Awards programme.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B event management, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT channel ecosystem (MSPs, resellers, distributors, vendors).
  • Proficiency in event management software and budgeting tools.
  • Experience managing senior-level stakeholders and established supplier relationships.
  • Ability to work across global time zones and travel internationally as needed.
