TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Enterprise Software): Generating new business sales revenue in the West region by executing account and territory planning with an accent on consultative selling and partner leverage. Location: Seattle, WA, USA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $300,000 - $360,000 OTE yearly

What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline in the West region to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to leverage hirify.global partners for revenue growth.
  • Take a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and drive the solution within the marketplace.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospect qualification to opportunity closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing to conduct seminars and trade shows to generate new pipeline.
  • Work closely with Professional Services to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Proven track record of overachievement (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
  • Ability to evangelize experience-based solutions and sell to multiple levels of an IT organization.
  • Experience managing customer expectations during Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Must be based in the USA and able to work in a hybrid model in Seattle, WA.
