Regional Channel Sales Manager (Enterprise SaaS): Driving enterprise adoption of the hirify.global API platform by recruiting and activating strategic partners, including SIs and resellers, with an accent on partner-led sales motions and pipeline growth. Focus on orchestrating complex co-selling deals, enabling partner ecosystems, and expanding executive-level engagement within large organizations.

Location: Onsite in Boston or New York City (5 days a week)

Salary: $300,000 – $375,000 OTE + equity

What you will do

  • Recruit, enroll, and activate strategic partners (SIs, resellers, and technology partners) to drive Enterprise sales revenue.
  • Build and scale a partner-sourced pipeline by enabling partners to identify and qualify opportunities in large accounts.
  • Manage the full partner-led lifecycle from joint prospecting to closing, in alignment with direct sales teams.
  • Develop joint territory and account plans to ensure repeatable enterprise adoption.
  • Onboard and coach partners on positioning and selling hirify.global Enterprise.
  • Provide weekly reporting on pipeline health, partner performance, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances within an enterprise SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record working with AWS, systems integrators, and resellers to drive influenced revenue.
  • Deep understanding of co-selling, joint account planning, and opportunity orchestration.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise deals via partner influence.
  • Familiarity with developer platforms, APIs, or highly technical products.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Boston or New York hubs (5 days a week in office).
