Regional Vice President (SLED): Leading a sales team of up to 8 Directors of Strategic Accounts to drive revenue growth within the SLED vertical across the Northeast US with an accent on strategic account planning and pipeline management. Focus on coaching individual contributors, executing complex enterprise sales cycles, and building deep relationships with SLED decision-makers.
Location: Remote (US). The role requires travel within the Northeast region (Maine to Virginia), with a preference for candidates based in New York, NY.
Salary: $165,000–$253,000 (plus commission).

What you will do
- Oversee the Northeast SLED sales team and manage 6–8 individual contributors.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal coaching sessions.
- Develop actionable strategic sales plans for named accounts in collaboration with channel partners.
- Facilitate customer meetings and manage regional contractual obligations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, onboard, and ramp top sales talent.
- Drive quota attainment and maintain forecast accuracy at the team level.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the SLED vertical.
- 5–10+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
- Deep network of SLED decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and network operations.
- Proven history of exceptional quota attainment.
- Must be based in the Northeast US with the ability to travel from Maine to Virginia.
