Salary: $100,000/yr base + commission

What you will do

  • Lead revenue generation and market expansion efforts across the Pacific Northwest.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven regional business plan based on local market insights.
  • Conduct daily in-person visits and meetings with dealership decision-makers to present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and documentation using SugarCRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align regional go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive fixed operations with a deep understanding of dealership service departments.
  • Proven track record in territory sales, business development, or regional leadership.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with dealership leaders to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Experience managing a high-volume, field-based sales cadence.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably SugarCRM.
  • Must be located in the Seattle or Portland area.
