Location: Remote (US); preferred residence in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, Utah) with 50%+ travel

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end new business motion, including territory planning, prospecting, discovery, and contract negotiation.
  • Identify and acquire new logos, buying centers, and service lines within target health systems.
  • Drive strategic expansion in existing accounts to increase adoption of hirify.global Health products via cross-sell and upsell.
  • Target medium to large hospitals, health systems, ambulatory services, and physician practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify expansion opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare SaaS sales with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition.
  • 5+ years of experience selling and negotiating contracts with hospitals, hospital systems, and large physician groups.
  • In-depth understanding of the provider healthcare landscape, including revenue cycle management and administrative workflows.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas, with a split of approximately 60-70% net-new acquisition and 30-40% strategic expansion.
  • Must be based in the US and able to accommodate 50%+ travel within the PNW territory.
