What you will do

• Lead the branch's sales force across service, repair, and modernization lines of business to drive revenue and profit growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and architects.
• Manage and develop sales representatives through goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
• Implement and oversee corporate and regional strategic sales initiatives.
• Review P&L and financial reports to monitor performance and ensure monthly goals are exceeded.
• Develop and execute bidding strategies to ensure project profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of directly related sales experience in the elevator or related industries is required.
• Experience in personnel management is preferred.
• Ability to guide direct reports through contract proposals and business correspondence.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to establish facts and improve profitability.
