What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives to drive performance and meet revenue goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base within the collision industry.
- Conduct regular on-site visits and check-ins with clients and prospects to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities for SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align field offerings with client needs.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance records within CRM systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales management experience in the collision industry.
- Proven track record of success with SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
- Proficiency in negotiating business terms with senior management and C-level executives.
- Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas.
