What you will do

• Grow gross merchandise value (GMV) and drive lease-to-own (LTO) sales in target territories.
• Partner with regional retail leadership to align business objectives and execute growth strategies.
• Conduct business reviews to identify opportunities and overcome growth inhibitors.
• Educate retail teams on available products, technology, and solutions to drive channel performance.
• Coordinate with sales managers to ensure necessary field support for partner locations.
• Manage activities and track progress using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant sales or channel management experience.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and growing channel business.
• Must reside within the state of Texas.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
