TL;DR

Manager, Sales Operations & Excellence (Sales Ops): Executing the vision and priorities of the Sales Operations & Excellence Director to operationalize full-funnel sales execution with an accent on process documentation, system adoption, and CRM usability. Focus on leading UAT, maintaining the Sales Playbook, and ensuring seamless handoffs between Marketing and Sales.

What you will do

  • Translate director-level vision into daily execution of sales operations and priorities.
  • Operationalize the full-funnel pipeline from lead management through opportunity execution and account management.
  • Own the maintenance and usability of the Sales Playbook and process documentation in alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Lead on-demand seller support for CRM usage, workflows, and documentation.
  • Serve as the execution lead for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and systems testing for sales and marketing platforms.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications across Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to reduce noise and ensure coherent messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, operations, analytics, finance, or a related field.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales excellence, or commercial support roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and coaching individual contributors.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Experience overseeing reporting/analytics outputs and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Overland Park, KS.

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or business operations.
  • Experience executing sales processes within complex organizational structures.
  • Strong background in change management execution, including training coordination and adoption reinforcement.
