Salary: $157,500–$168,600 USD (base) + variable commission

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Build a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture around pipeline creation, prospecting, qualification, and closed business.
- Provide training on product knowledge, objection handling, territory management, and consultative selling.
- Own forecasting, territory planning, growth targets, and ensure CRM hygiene and sales process compliance.
- Support reps in high-value enterprise opportunities and negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close.
- Occasionally attend industry tradeshows to generate leads; travel may be required.
Requirements
- US-based remote work (US Remote).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience, including 2+ years in sales leadership (team lead, manager, or similar).
- Strong understanding of sales automation tools to build pipelines at scale.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the landscaping or trades industry is highly preferred.
