TL;DR

Manager, Enterprise Account Executives (B2B SaaS/ERP): Lead and scale enterprise sales by managing Enterprise Account Executives, building a metrics-driven pipeline, and closing new business with consultative selling. Focus on forecasting and territory planning, CRM hygiene and sales process compliance, and negotiating pricing and contractual agreements for high-value enterprise opportunities.

Location: US Remote

Salary: $157,500–$168,600 USD (base) + variable commission

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Build a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture around pipeline creation, prospecting, qualification, and closed business.
  • Provide training on product knowledge, objection handling, territory management, and consultative selling.
  • Own forecasting, territory planning, growth targets, and ensure CRM hygiene and sales process compliance.
  • Support reps in high-value enterprise opportunities and negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close.
  • Occasionally attend industry tradeshows to generate leads; travel may be required.

Requirements

  • US-based remote work (US Remote).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience, including 2+ years in sales leadership (team lead, manager, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of sales automation tools to build pipelines at scale.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the landscaping or trades industry is highly preferred.
