Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading a team of National Account Managers responsible for growing complex employer accounts and driving new business within the YM Careers Network with an accent on account management, consultative selling, and strategic coaching. Focus on improving rep effectiveness in discovery and prospecting, managing pipelines, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across niche professional verticals.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA for hybrid work (3 days/week)

What you will do
- Coach and develop sales representatives on deeper discovery, consultative selling, and value-based positioning.
- Drive pipeline inspection, manage deal strategy reviews, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Lead weekly team meetings and provide structured 1:1 coaching using tools like Gong.
- Establish and reinforce clear KPIs for both account growth and outbound prospecting activities.
- Foster a culture of accountability and professional growth to meet revenue and expansion targets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales management experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams focused on account renewals, expansion, and prospecting.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Gong or Salesloft.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for trade shows and conferences.
