What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and engage new VARs, system integrators, and distributors aligned with growth strategy.
- Manage relationships with existing partners as the primary commercial and development interface.
- Lead partner onboarding, including sales and solution training and go-to-market planning.
- Collaborate with partners on early opportunity identification, solution definition, and proposal development.
- Support partners during project execution in coordination with internal delivery, engineering, and product teams.
- Conduct market and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities for partner-led business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in automation, electrical engineering, energy, process engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in automation, DCS, control systems, or instrumentation.
- Exposure to partner business, indirect channel sales, system integrators, VARs, or distributors.
- Experience working with customers or partners in energy and/or process industries.
- Understanding of industrial sales cycles and solution-based selling.
- Willingness to travel regionally within the Americas.
