Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $115,172 – $172,757 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive aftermarket and spare parts sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the spare parts catalog and implement recommended kits for key customers.
  • Lead negotiations for long-term spare parts agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Procurement to align inventory and demand.
  • Track sales performance, lead times, and customer satisfaction using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Support internal training to strengthen aftermarket solution knowledge across sales and field teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in aftermarket sales or spare parts within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Experience working with technical products such as pumps, tubing, and valves.
  • Ability to build and scale structured commercial programs or initiatives.
  • Experience across both Life Sciences and Process Industries sectors.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.
