What you will do
- Develop and execute OEM/SI business development strategies to expand partner coverage and penetrate new markets across the DACH region.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new OEM and SI partners with clear long-term growth potential.
- Drive the OEM/SI partner strategy in close alignment with Area Sales Managers and regional leadership.
- Nurture and develop strategic (MEGA) OEM/SI accounts to ensure long-term collaboration and joint growth.
- Conduct in-depth market and ecosystem analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.
- Lead partners through evaluation and onboarding processes, ensuring clarity on collaboration models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful experience in business development or sales within automation, robotics, or related industrial technology.
- Strong track record working with OEMs and/or System Integrators, ideally in the DACH region.
- Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and partner-driven business models.
- Native level German (C2 equivalent) and fluent English.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence engaging at the executive level.
- High level of ownership and performance orientation.
