TL;DR

Account Manager, Enterprise (SaaS): Managing strategic healthcare accounts and driving revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling solutions with an accent on building long-term executive relationships. Focus on navigating complex healthcare enterprise structures, identifying new use cases, and delivering impactful outcomes for large-scale health systems.

Location: Must be based in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI. Note: Final round interviews may be conducted in person depending on location.

Salary: $165,000 OTE ($110k base + $55k variable).

What you will do

  • Lead retention and expansion efforts to meet or exceed quota attainment.
  • Develop strategic account growth plans for cross-functional initiatives and new use cases.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to C-level and VP-level executives.
  • Lead consultative engagements to uncover business challenges and influence enterprise-wide decisions.
  • Partner with internal Product, Strategy, and Clinical teams to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Communicate client voice to inform product development and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of account management or enterprise customer success experience in SaaS or healthtech.
  • Must reside in one of the specified US states: AZ, CO, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI.
  • Proven success managing large, complex accounts in the healthcare provider or health system space.
  • Strong solution selling skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating healthcare enterprise structures and change management.
  • Ability to travel for conferences and client engagement as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Salesforce, Tableau, and Pendo.
