TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing the onboarding and long-term success of new partners to ensure they are operational and protected within a strict timeframe with an accent on license deployment and account health. Focus on driving broader adoption, resolving deployment hurdles, and translating security incidents into proof of value.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $72,000 base salary and $18,000 commission plus equity

What you will do

  • Drive the onboarding process for ~10 new partners per week, ensuring 85% are fully set up within 16 days.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify low license deployment and proactively provide training and deployment plays.
  • Conduct post-incident check-ins with partners to provide support and translate security stories into proof of value for end clients.
  • Coordinate with Technical Sales and Support to resolve specific hurdles blocking successful partner deployment.
  • Support the renewal process by ensuring partners derive maximum value from the platform long before contract expiration.
  • Track onboarding gaps and partner feedback to iterate on processes and improve the overall partner experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account coordination, or enablement roles.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts in a high-energy environment.
  • Collaborative mindset for working across internal sales and account management teams.
  • Experience within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) ecosystem and cybersecurity knowledge is a huge plus.
  • Exposure to supporting customers or partners on basic rollout plans and positioning.
