Salary: $72,000 base salary and $18,000 commission plus equity

What you will do
- Drive the onboarding process for ~10 new partners per week, ensuring 85% are fully set up within 16 days.
- Partner with Account Managers to identify low license deployment and proactively provide training and deployment plays.
- Conduct post-incident check-ins with partners to provide support and translate security stories into proof of value for end clients.
- Coordinate with Technical Sales and Support to resolve specific hurdles blocking successful partner deployment.
- Support the renewal process by ensuring partners derive maximum value from the platform long before contract expiration.
- Track onboarding gaps and partner feedback to iterate on processes and improve the overall partner experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account coordination, or enablement roles.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts in a high-energy environment.
- Collaborative mindset for working across internal sales and account management teams.
- Experience within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) ecosystem and cybersecurity knowledge is a huge plus.
- Exposure to supporting customers or partners on basic rollout plans and positioning.
