Salary: USD 300,000 - USD 360,000 yearly (OTE)

What you will do
- Achieve sales goals and targets for the assigned West territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline; manage the sales process to opportunity closure.
- Develop and execute a regional strategy, leveraging partners to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct consultative selling by understanding customer challenges and future strategies to position the solution.
- Manage Proof of Concept evaluations and customer expectations; maintain ongoing account management to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Professional Services to support seminars, trade shows, and customer success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Proven track record of overachievement against goals (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
- Ability to evangelize the value of an “experience-based” solution and sell to multiple levels of the IT organization.
- Experience managing customer expectations during Proof of Concept evaluations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
