Enterprise Account Executive - West (Enterprise Technology): Generate new enterprise sales revenue in the West region through account planning, territory planning, partner collaboration, and field-based consultative selling with an accent on building and qualifying pipeline, running Proof of Concept evaluations, and closing bookings against quarterly and annual targets. Focus on managing multi-level IT stakeholders and delivering customer satisfaction by selling a complete software, services, and support solution.

Salary: USD 300,000 - USD 360,000 yearly (OTE)

What you will do

  • Achieve sales goals and targets for the assigned West territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline; manage the sales process to opportunity closure.
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy, leveraging hirify.global partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct consultative selling by understanding customer challenges and future strategies to position the hirify.global solution.
  • Manage Proof of Concept evaluations and customer expectations; maintain ongoing account management to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Professional Services to support seminars, trade shows, and customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Proven track record of overachievement against goals (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
  • Ability to evangelize the value of an “experience-based” solution and sell to multiple levels of the IT organization.
  • Experience managing customer expectations during Proof of Concept evaluations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
