What you will do

• Own overall relationships with assigned clients, driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction throughout each term.
• Grow accounts and close renewals every month.
• Identify and develop upsell opportunities to increase protection layers, term length, and license coverage.
• Build trusted, strategic advisor relationships and drive continued value of products and services.
• Develop customers for advocacy and help define goals/KPIs with clients to support achievement.
• Handle inbound renewal and product-change support issues and advocate customer needs cross-departmentally.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS preferred).
• Proven success exceeding established goals in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and analytical.
• Ability to thrive in a high-stress, multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities quickly.
• Must be located in Cork, Ireland.
