What you will do

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and maintain visibility into client engagements to identify risks and bottlenecks.
  • Support Account Directors in managing expansion opportunities, pipeline tracking, and CRM record maintenance.
  • Synthesize stakeholder input to develop Statements of Work (SOWs), change orders, and proposal documents.
  • Manage client communications, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing recap notes.
  • Create and maintain account dashboards, status reports, and operational metrics for quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in agency or marketing operations, account coordination, or client services.
  • Proven experience supporting client-facing teams in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and workflow management systems.
  • Exceptional project coordination, organizational, and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI platforms.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Bullhorn, Airtable, Asana, or LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Skill in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in GSuite or Microsoft spreadsheets and presentations.
