What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and maintain visibility into client engagements to identify risks and bottlenecks.
- Support Account Directors in managing expansion opportunities, pipeline tracking, and CRM record maintenance.
- Synthesize stakeholder input to develop Statements of Work (SOWs), change orders, and proposal documents.
- Manage client communications, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing recap notes.
- Create and maintain account dashboards, status reports, and operational metrics for quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in agency or marketing operations, account coordination, or client services.
- Proven experience supporting client-facing teams in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Proficiency with CRM and workflow management systems.
- Exceptional project coordination, organizational, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI platforms.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Bullhorn, Airtable, Asana, or LinkedIn Navigator.
- Skill in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Advanced proficiency in GSuite or Microsoft spreadsheets and presentations.
