Salary: $112,000 – $168,000 OTE

What you will do

• Drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue across new and existing accounts.
• Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with partners and alliances.
• Manage and grow the partner ecosystem pipeline across key accounts and channels.
• Deliver against ARR, renewal rates, KPIs, and partner targets.
• Execute partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine partner programs and sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong expertise managing channel or alliance partnerships with full commercial ownership.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders up to C-suite level.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, and human risk management.
• Proven success executing partner business plans and driving revenue.
• Willingness to travel for partner engagement and events.
• Must be located in the Southwest US.
