Salary: $167,000 – $220,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for large, complex projects within the Restaurant Partner Experience organization.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and goals tied to business outcomes.
• Define coherent product experiences across multiple surfaces, users, and use cases.
• Use data and research to drive decisions, define success metrics, and validate work.
• Raise the bar on craft by setting quality standards and contributing to the design system.
• Mentor and provide actionable feedback to other designers to elevate the team's output.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a product or UX designer with strong visual and interaction skills.
• Track record of owning multi-faceted projects independently from problem framing to delivery.
• Experience designing complex, multi-user experiences across multiple touchpoints.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and AI-first design tools.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to present narratives to various audiences.
• Must have valid US work authorization; the company does not sponsor visas.
