What you will do

• Use AI to gather customer research and turn insights into clear UX solutions.
• Prototype flows and interactions using Claude Code and Cursor for rapid iteration.
• Create high-fidelity UI prototypes that push the boundaries of aesthetics and animation.
• Automate design handoffs to engineering using Figma or code-based prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on collaboration features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, specifically in collaboration or communication products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design and launch of impactful collaboration experiences.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Origami.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Fluent with AI tools in day-to-day practice, including hands-on familiarity with Claude Code and Cursor.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not guaranteed).
