Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $210,000 – $245,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for GrantOS Platform and Core, from discovery and research through shipping.
• Shape interaction patterns for task management, reporting, and integrations across the grant lifecycle.
• Drive 0-to-1 product development in greenfield spaces where problems are not yet fully defined.
• Establish design system foundations and interaction patterns for the entire design organization.
• Conduct independent user research to translate ambiguous needs into a concrete product direction.
• Partner strategically with PMs and engineering leads to drive alignment across product and GTM.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, including time at senior or staff level.
• Proven track record of owning complex B2B product areas and multi-entity workflows.
• Experience with 0-to-1 product ownership, moving from problem definition to execution.
• Strong systems thinking and expertise in Figma, prototyping, and user research synthesis.
• Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise-adjacent systems.
• Experience with AI-powered product surfaces and using AI tools in design practice.
• Experience defining and building design system patterns.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit or social impact sector.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other designers.
