TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Driving the pre-sales process for an AI-powered procurement platform with an accent on technical discovery and value articulation. Focus on conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs), solving complex technical integration challenges, and translating customer needs into product requirements.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be legally able to work in the UK.

hirify.global is a fast-growing startup transforming technology spend management through an AI-powered Intelligent Procurement Platform.

What you will do

  • Lead discovery sessions and product demonstrations to showcase platform value to prospective clients.
  • Take ownership of technical inquiries, including RFx processes and detailed questionnaires.
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate the product's ability to solve specific customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to drive revenue and close deals.
  • Work with Post-Sales Solutions Consultants to ensure a smooth transition and successful onboarding.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be legally able to work in the UK.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in a solution-selling or technical pre-sales environment.
  • Strong ability to articulate the value of software solutions and conduct effective discovery.
  • Solid knowledge of key technical concepts, specifically APIs.
  • Proven skill in troubleshooting technical issues and a capacity to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple concurrent deals.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of software integration principles and experience with finance or procurement tools.
  • Experience working directly with technical, finance, or procurement stakeholders.
