TL;DR

Director, Revenue Strategy & Analytics (AI): Leading Sales Strategy and Revenue Analytics to build a scalable GTM foundation for an AI infrastructure platform with an accent on consumption-based business models. Focus on revenue and GPU forecasting, territory design, and establishing repeatable sales motions.

Location: Remote, USA or San Mateo, CA

Salary: $250,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the GTM operating model, including segment coverage, territory design, and quota-setting philosophy.
  • Lead the end-to-end forecasting process for bookings, renewals, and consumption in partnership with Finance and Data.
  • Design and manage the QBR, WBR, and planning cadence to ensure alignment and accountability across the GTM org.
  • Develop repeatable sales playbooks for account planning and pipeline generation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, surfacing pipeline risks and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Strategy, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations at B2B companies.
  • Proven experience owning end-to-end forecasting processes and designing territory/quota models at scale.
  • Experience building and leading teams with direct reports in strategy or analytics functions.
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to build complex models from scratch.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience at usage-based, consumption, or API-first companies.
  • Experience managing both enterprise and PLG (product-led growth) motions simultaneously.
  • Background in AI/ML infrastructure, developer tools, or high-growth technical B2B.
  • Experience presenting variance analysis to CFOs, boards, and executive teams.
