What you will do

• Develop and execute aggressive customer acquisition strategies to generate annual growth in revenue and bookings.
• Act as the primary sales leader for regional enterprise accounts, creating actionable strategic plans.
• Coach and mentor a team of 4-8 Directors and Account Managers to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct weekly forecast meetings and report regional sales activity to leadership.
• Collaborate with Partner and Channel resources to drive strategic account success.
• Recruit, hire, and train new Account Executives on sales processes.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
• Enterprise software sales experience as both an individual contributor and a sales leader.
• Working knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and network operations environment.
• Proven history of exceptional quota attainment.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
