Director of New Business Sales (SaaS): Leading a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives to drive net-new logo acquisition for a customer engagement platform with an accent on outbound pipeline generation and high-stakes deal negotiation. Location: Must be based in or near New York City (Hybrid role)

Compensation: $316,000–$474,000 OTE (including bonus/commission)

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives focused on net-new business.
  • Develop and execute strategies for outbound pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
  • Participate directly in prospect-facing engagements to drive high-value deals to closure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations.
  • Recruit, retain, and inspire top-tier sales talent to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Coach team members on value-based selling techniques in highly competitive environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a team of Emerging Enterprise sales executives
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to engage diverse customer personas.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling to Marketing, Product, or Engineering teams.
  • Experience selling Mobile or Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions.
