Location: Must be based in or near New York City (Hybrid role)
Compensation: $316,000–$474,000 OTE (including bonus/commission)

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives focused on net-new business.
- Develop and execute strategies for outbound pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
- Participate directly in prospect-facing engagements to drive high-value deals to closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations.
- Recruit, retain, and inspire top-tier sales talent to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Coach team members on value-based selling techniques in highly competitive environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales
- At least 5 years of experience managing a team of Emerging Enterprise sales executives
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to engage diverse customer personas.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling to Marketing, Product, or Engineering teams.
- Experience selling Mobile or Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions.
