What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, from prospecting and solution design to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders in strategic client organizations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align solutions with client objectives.
  • Develop account strategies to identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends for executive reporting.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to reinforce brand credibility.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise/strategic sales, with 3–4 years managing high-value accounts.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or HR technology sales.
  • Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling for multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling leave management, HR, or workforce management solutions.
  • Familiarity with compliance and leave laws such as FMLA, ADA, and PWFA.
