TL;DR

Account Executive Mid Market (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by signing new logos within the UK and Scandinavian markets with an accent on managing inbound opportunities and complex software demonstrations. Focus on building strategic relationships with HR and training decision-makers and optimizing sales playbooks to close multi-thread deals.

Location: Remote (Must be based anywhere in the UK)

What you will do

  • Lead inbound opportunities from initial demonstration through to closing.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win projects and grow the customer pipeline.
  • Build and maintain a professional network of HR Directors, VP HR, and Training Managers across the UK and EMEA.
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert to improve the internal sales playbook and organizational knowledge.
  • Manage activity reporting and forecasting using tools like Salesforce and Trello.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales role within the SaaS industry or strategy consulting.
  • Proven experience performing complex software or platform demonstrations.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
  • Fluent English (US/UK).
  • Must be based in the UK.
