TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Driving sales expansion and adoption of the Whole Product Experience within a geographic territory with an accent on complex enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management. Focus on achieving quarterly revenue targets, nurturing relationships with Apple and channel partners, and delivering long-term value to customers.

Location: Must be based in the US. Candidates living near a hirify.global office may be expected to work periodically in-office for collaborative events.

Compensation: $114,900 – $337,200 USD (On-Target Earnings including base salary and commission).

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and identifying opportunities to negotiation and closing.
  • Execute business and account plans to achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and product teams to design and present solutions that meet prospect needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders, Apple teams, and channel partners.
  • Document and manage sales activities and forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Drive thought leadership and adoption strategies for the Whole Product Experience within assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Minimum of 3–6 years of sales experience in software or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry a quota and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders, including executives.
  • Customer-first mentality with a focus on retention.
  • Ability to work alongside internal and external partners to maximize reach.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling in both direct and indirect (Channel) models.
  • Familiarity with the Apple Ecosystem or SaaS sales.
  • Strong presentation skills for executive-level decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree.
