hirify.global develops a cloud-based SaaS facility maintenance and management product serving education, property management, and manufacturing markets.

What you will do

  • Own and manage a pipeline of 300+ strategic potential customers to achieve new business and expansion quotas.
  • Lead prospects through the buyer's journey, from identifying challenges to hosting platform demonstrations and negotiating contracts.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Gong, and other tools in the hirify.global tech stack to manage opportunities and facilitate deals.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to optimize the sales process and secure enterprise accounts.
  • Participate in strategic weekly sales and training meetings to contribute to company goals.
  • Ensure all pipeline and opportunity data is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B selling, with a mandatory focus on enterprise accounts in the public sector (K-12, Higher Education, Local Government)
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in the United States
