What you will do

• Design and implement sophisticated sales training programs and enablement initiatives.

• Develop and update sales playbooks, certifications, and enablement collateral.
• Deliver advanced training sessions and mentor junior trainers and sales representatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business objectives.
• Leverage enablement platforms like Gong, Outreach, and Seismic to track engagement.
