What you will do

• Analyze learning needs and design effective blended learning strategies.
• Develop eLearning modules, curricula, and supporting materials using Articulate 360.
• Design, produce, and edit instructional videos and software demos using Camtasia.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex information into learner-friendly content.
• Manage multiple multimedia projects simultaneously from initial analysis through final evaluation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of instructional design experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Strong experience with Camtasia for video editing and screen capture.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and online learning strategies.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise-level training programs.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Exposure to learning analytics or training effectiveness measurement.
