What you will do

• Deliver engaging training sessions through live virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and recorded asynchronous content.
• Tailor learning experiences and content to specific customer data sets and diverse skill levels.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver customized training programs.
• Develop and maintain training documentation to improve enablement efficiency.
• Act as a product specialist, developing deep expertise across the growing product suite.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in training consultancy, ideally within a SaaS MarTech or AdTech environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to rapidly learn and train others in analytics technology.
• Experience defining, developing, and adhering to training consultancy scope agreements.
• Must be located in New York or the East Coast US.

Nice to have

• Prior training consulting experience specifically within a SaaS company.
