TL;DR
Renewals Team Member (SaaS): Managing client license renewals and identifying growth opportunities to minimize churn with an accent on commercial negotiation and risk mitigation. Focus on developing win-win negotiation strategies, maintaining accurate rolling forecasts, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure customer value realization.
Location: Remote (depending on US state) or Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Must be able to work Pacific Time (PT) working hours.
Salary: $98,700 - $126,000 base

What you will do
- Negotiate contract renewals and develop strategic pricing and packaging proposals to maximize contract value.
- Identify customer needs and manage the quote-to-close process to ensure on-time renewal closure.
- Engage decision-makers to identify budgets, key stakeholders, and potential roadblocks.
- Maintain and report an accurate 150-day rolling forecast based on renewal data trends.
- Partner with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to mitigate risks and handle complex requests.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of efficient renewal processes to resolve inefficiencies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in renewal sales or a related quota-carrying role.
- Must be based in the US and able to work Pacific Time (PT) hours.
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation, value selling, and closing techniques.
- Analytical mindset for maintaining forecasts and analyzing data trends.
- Proficiency with quoting systems, contracting tools, and CRM (SFDC/Clari).
- Deep understanding of ARR and subscription management concepts.

- Experience in the SaaS industry.
