What you will do
- Partner with Sales to identify technical and AI requirements for life sciences clients.
- Design and present tailored solutions using the Healthcare Map and AI engine.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and live analyses to showcase business value.
- Address client concerns regarding AI trust, data provenance, and governance.
- Support enterprise procurement, security reviews, and customer AI councils.
- Mentor junior sales engineers and contribute to the product roadmap through competitive feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Deep familiarity with BioPharma functional areas (Commercial, HEOR/RWE, Medical Affairs).
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims, real-world data, and clinical ontologies.
- Fluency in AI/ML concepts including LLMs, generative AI, and retrieval-grounded analytics.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through discovery and solution design.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
