Salary: $166,000 - $250,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive transformational outcomes.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on strategic sales processes from lead generation to contract execution.
- Leverage deep knowledge of client organizational structures to identify new business opportunities.
- Gather market feedback on pricing, innovation, and competitive landscapes.
- Hold ultimate responsibility for bookings and revenue generation for assigned accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with solutions delivery and implementation teams.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, strategy consulting, or business development.
- Deep understanding of care management companies and health plan administrative technologies.
- Proven experience selling complex solutions and driving significant revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
