Business Development Lead (Healthtech): Driving commercial growth and strategic partnerships within the Provider/Health System segment with an accent on complex deal structuring and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Remote (United States). Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
Salary: $179,000 – $263,000 (base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits).

What you will do
- Identify, architect, negotiate, and close critical strategic collaborations within the Provider/Health System segment.
- Develop and manage a robust prospect pipeline, tracking KPIs and outcomes to drive commercial growth.
- Partner with finance, legal, product, and engineering teams to evaluate and execute complex, long-term transactions.
- Define strategic requirements for new opportunities and ensure operational fit with existing business objectives.
- Present recommendations to senior leadership and manage internal stakeholder support for major deals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within the healthcare technology sector.
- MBA or advanced degree required.
- Proven track record of managing and closing complex, revenue-generating strategic partnerships.
- Deep existing relationships with key decision-makers in the Provider/Health System space.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to lead multiple complex deal structures simultaneously from inception to execution.
