TL;DR

Business Development Lead (Healthtech): Driving commercial growth and strategic partnerships within the Provider/Health System segment with an accent on complex deal structuring and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Remote (United States). Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Salary: $179,000 – $263,000 (base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits).

What you will do

  • Identify, architect, negotiate, and close critical strategic collaborations within the Provider/Health System segment.
  • Develop and manage a robust prospect pipeline, tracking KPIs and outcomes to drive commercial growth.
  • Partner with finance, legal, product, and engineering teams to evaluate and execute complex, long-term transactions.
  • Define strategic requirements for new opportunities and ensure operational fit with existing business objectives.
  • Present recommendations to senior leadership and manage internal stakeholder support for major deals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within the healthcare technology sector.
  • MBA or advanced degree required.
  • Proven track record of managing and closing complex, revenue-generating strategic partnerships.
  • Deep existing relationships with key decision-makers in the Provider/Health System space.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to lead multiple complex deal structures simultaneously from inception to execution.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in regulated healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, startup-like organizational structures.
  • Strong presentation skills for external executive-level audiences.
