What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical program delivery for Canadian public sector and defence customers from deployment to production scaling.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for government CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams.
• Translate government requirements regarding security, compliance, and data sovereignty into actionable engineering plans.
• Manage project schedules accounting for government timelines, security reviews, and ministerial approval cycles.
• Coordinate technical work across teams for model customization, security hardening, and integration in air-gapped or on-premises environments.
• Represent the company's technical capabilities in sensitive government and national security contexts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML or enterprise software.
• Eligible to obtain Canadian government security clearance (Top Secret strongly preferred).
• Must be located in Ottawa, Montreal, or Toronto.
• Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures, including cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped systems.
• Ability to communicate complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical government decision-makers.

Nice to have

• Active Canadian government Top Secret clearance.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
