What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers to ensure high retention and growth.
  • Lead onboarding sessions and act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their business KPIs.
  • Analyze key metrics, NPS surveys, and account health to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to ensure optimal product configuration.
  • Drive expansion and secure renewals to improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Partner with Marketing to highlight customer successes through case studies.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, specifically with Enterprise-level customers.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Proven experience engaging with C-suite executives and translating technical features into business value.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a large account portfolio and prioritize multitask.
  • Experience leading customer advisory boards or product feedback sessions.
  • Must be based in Europe.
