TL;DR

Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP/Fintech): Partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to drive a high-performance culture and people strategy for the Americas region with an accent on organizational design and workforce planning. Focus on managing complex employee relations within a global SaaS environment and translating people insights into strategic business outcomes.

Location: Hybrid, based in New York City (two days a week in office)

Salary: $115,600 - $158,950

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to VP and SVP-level leaders on all aspects of people leadership and strategic planning.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends and risks, presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Advise on organizational design, team structures, and workforce planning decisions.
  • Lead talent processes, including talent reviews, engagement surveys, and succession planning.
  • Manage underperformance and employee relations cases across the Americas, including PIPs and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate with EMEA and APAC HRBP colleagues to ensure consistent global HR program delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a high-growth global technology or SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience partnering strategically with senior (VP+) leaders.
  • Proven track record of managing complex employee relations across multiple US states.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Google Technology Suite.
  • Must be based in New York City to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Canadian and Central/Latin American employment law.
  • Understanding of treasury and liquidity planning.
