What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that drive business objectives and foster a positive culture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and a primary resource for managers and employees regarding HR policies and best practices.
  • Conduct and lead complex, high-risk, and sensitive confidential investigations, providing recommendations to HR leadership and General Counsel.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and alignment with company values.
  • Provide coaching and development to managers to help them become effective people leaders.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to monitor turnover and retention and drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years specifically in an HRBP role.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Marietta, GA office.
  • Strong experience guiding leaders in performance management, employee relations, compensation, and talent management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to interpret HR data and leverage analytics to drive business decisions.

Nice to have

  • HR Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
