What you will do

• Manage a caseload of litigated motor injury, fraud, and credit hire cases.
• Interview witnesses and draft comprehensive legal statements.
• Draft pleadings and applications for court proceedings.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Maintain accurate case management systems and ensure compliance with LSNI regulations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with insurers, policyholders, and third parties.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 0-5 years PQE.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Belfast.
• Strong understanding of litigation practice, court rules, and case law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in IT and case management systems.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in defence insurance litigation.
• Experience handling Credit Hire claims.
