What you will do

• Support qualified solicitors with insurance defense litigation caseloads to pursue file completion.
• Manage discovery processes by drafting appropriate pleadings and reviewing discoverable material.
• Conduct legal research on evolving case law and procedural nuances of claims.
• Assist with trial preparation, including compiling trial bundles and helping witnesses prepare to testify.
• Perform in-depth analysis of quantum evidence and identify anomalies across medico-legal reports and medical notes.
• Instruct counsel and medico-legal experts by compiling detailed briefs and letters of instruction.

Requirements

• Law Degree.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
