Compensation: £40,000 - £50,000 / year

What you will do

• Assess file handling performance against internal technical standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to file handling teams to improve technical skills.
• Identify areas of financial leakage and business risk within claims files.
• Prepare detailed oral and written reports for Technical and Operations Directors.
• Analyze common trends in audit findings to contribute to training and upskilling initiatives.
• Review documentation and evidence for Military Deafness NIHL claims.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Birmingham.
• Understanding of NIHL claims and experience running a NIHL caseload.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• High attention to detail and objective analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in IT systems.
