What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through the full project lifecycle from design to validation.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and milestones to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges and conduct root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and supply chain departments for seamless execution.
• Ensure all designs and processes adhere to safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of engineering experience with 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the design, development, and production of industrial or federal equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, FEA, GD&T, and lean methodologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience managing large-scale, government-regulated projects.
• Project management certification (PMP).
